New pref panel under Skypilot (was: Re: Issues with 1.8.3.5b)

Right. I just wanted to be clear, and I *did* just upgrade, so I wanted 
to be sure that it was clear before posting any anomalies.

The button at the bottom of the prefs panel, next to "Save Changes." 
This was not working for me earlier, and I had to close the panel with 
the window control.

Nope. The proxy selection disappeared some time ago, and I thought it 
was the last update which did it. XUL cache? It's been a long time, 
though. Anyway, it's working now.

You have plenty on your plate already. This is *not* an emergency, nor 
does it impact usability. The theme is located at
