Right, that's the one Raj e-mail me about, but I cannot reproduce it.  I 
will try on a real windows computer after coming home from school today.

As a, temporarily, work around, don't open the Preference Manager from 
SeaMonkey's preference window (see general tab in Preference Manager for 
this option).
