I found the problem and fixed it, and you can get the updated file from:

FYI: The bug slipped in after Michael fixed some incompatibility issues 
with SeaMonkey, probably not realizing that we don't want to forward 
referrers for bookmarks and other chrome sources.

Please let me know if anything isn't working for you, (I am still 
working on some other issues that I like to see fixed for our next major 
update).
