This is referring to the favicon on a tab.  I've seen this with all MZ
nightly builds for several weeks (all since the tab close button problem
was fixed).  Ensure that your prefs are set to show fav/site icon on the
tab, visit any website that has a favicon and hover the mouse over that
tab.  The favicon will change to a blank page icon.

I've been meaning to report this for ages, but since it isn't major just
hadn't got around to it yet.

It is still very early for me (I just woke up a few minutes ago) and 
thus you, or someone else needs to add some simple steps to reproduce 
this bug.
