This is referring to the favicon on a tab. I've seen this with all MZ nightly builds for several weeks (all since the tab close button problem was fixed). Ensure that your prefs are set to show fav/site icon on the tab, visit any website that has a favicon and hover the mouse over that tab. The favicon will change to a blank page icon. I've been meaning to report this for ages, but since it isn't major just hadn't got around to it yet.
