RSS Feeds Error: Failed to initalize Service

In Multizilla Preference Manager, Feeds tab, I see the message: 
Error:Failed to initalize Multizilla's Feed Service

In the Web Feeds side bar, I cannot add any new feeds.  Nothing happens 
when I click Add new feed in teh context menu.

I have tried this in Seamonkey 1.1.9 and 1.1.14 with same results.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
