Hi,

I don't speak for anyone, I'm just a user like you, and of course
anyone is free to contribute to this project at any time... but for
now there is apparently no progress. Last nightly build is from
October of last year (and yes, this build also lacks the option you
desire). In fact your message is the first on this list in over two
months.

If you want to try the latest nightly build, which does have some
other improvements (and probably bugs), download this file and replace
your multiviews.jar (you may need to disable XUL cache and restart
Seamonkey, then re-enable XUL cache and restart again)
