Yep, after changing the appropriate line in the install.rdf file inside 
the XPI to
maxVersion="2.0b1"
I convinced the installer to install MZ on the Seamonkey 2 Beta 1. And 
it seems to do it's job...

However, I am not able to access the MZ preferences, the Preferences 
button can't be clicked, the QPrefs button does nothing...
