Edit -> Preferences -> Navigator -> Open tabs instead of windows for -> 
(both items checked)

Edit -> Preferences -> Navigator -> Link open behaviour -> A new tab in 
the current window

Edit -> Preferences -> Navigator -> Links from other applications -> A 
new tab in the current window

Multizilla Preference Manager -> Tabs -> Open new Tabs (instead of 
windows) for the following sources -> (all items checked)
