I have commented on many bugs and filed new ones, when I thought it is
useful (reproducable, makes sense to fix ...). I'm also testing Mozilla
for some time now - running those browser-buster tests over and over with
every new release. I also made testcases for some bugs (e.g.
http://www.beyond-thoughts.com/crashzilla/ and test2) . Now I'm trying to
improve the download-manager (produced already one patch), but had
a hard start because the docs aren't up to date. So I spent a week trying
to understand the source-code of related Mozilla-parts (xpcom, necko,
xul, /components/xfer, /components/ucth ....). Finally filed/commented
some more bugs on related issues. 
Also answered questions in the newsgroups.

Of course that's far less than others did, but everyone should really be
everyone.
