Motion Pixels Codec

I receive the following error message while trying to run the "Walt Disney - 
an intimate History of the Man and his Magic" CD-ROM on my HP computer using 
Windows XP. This is a brand new computer with the latest drivers, and 
apparently Motion Pixels no longer is in existence. I've head others that 
are using Windows XP don't experience this problem. My program will even 
load and play the introduction video with Diane Disney Miller just fine.The 
I get the Motion Pixels Codec error message, even though I tried everything, 
including selecting the various compatibility modes, screen resolutions, 
colors, shutting down other running programs and accessories and even 
adjusting the accelerator functions. All to no avail. Anyone else experience 
this problem and how did you resolve?
