list of talos test names.

There's been some question that we need to standardize the names given 
to talos tests as the current naming scheme is a little... difficult.

Currently on graphs-stage.m.o we report:

tsvg
tdhtml
tgfx
twinopen
tp_js_loadtime (tp2 javascript framecycler)
tp_js_RSS (linux/mac)
tp_js_Private Bytes
tp_js_Working Set (win)
tp_js_Percent Processor Time
tp_loadtime (pageloader)
tp_RSS (linux/mac)
tp_Private Bytes
tp_Working Set (win)
tp_Percent Processor Time

So, the biggest problem is the amount of information collected during a 
tp run coupled with the two different tp tests that are currently being 
used.

I'm not sure what a good solution is and since I'm the one responsible 
for the current names I probably can't be trusted to come up with 
anything. :)
