expect downtime on any/all mini talos boxes.

In an effort to get the mini boxes into shape to move to production I'm 
going to be doing maintenance/config changes on pretty much all the 
currently up boxes.  These boxes currently report to graphs-stage.m.o. 
This will not affect machines reporting to graphs.m.o.

If a machine disappears that you are interested in you can either
a) wait for it to come back up
b) ping me in #perf to get me to fix it (or at least explain why it's down)

Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause, but it will get us to a 
better place in the end.
