Perf Push for B2?

Hey Folks,

Now that b1 is out the door we should have some room to do a perf push 
towards b2 and beyond.   Perf fixes can be a little risky - so IMHO we 
should move them in front of everything but major regressions.

Here's all blocking+ bugs with footprint, mlk, or perf keywords:

Plenty of good known stuff on that list already to crank through.   I 
could use help with the following:

1) Making sure other bugs that we should focus on for FF3 are on this list
2) Prioritizing/removing bugs on this list that are not as critical.
