Leaks in nsSessionStore.js?

I am looking at 
http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/browser/components/sessionstore/src/nsSessionStore.js#177 

and I can't find any lines removing the observers.  Is this a leak, or 
are the observers removed otherwise?
