new production talos boxes now online.

As of yesterday, there are now WinXP, Vista and Ubuntu Talos boxes 
reporting to the Firefox & Mozilla1.8 trees.  Just look for anything 
with 'talos' in the header name:

We still haven't quite reached our goal of total Talos cross-platform 
domination, but I have high hopes that we'll work out the quirks in Mac 
Talos and have it moved off of stage in the near future.
