Per the instruction in http://wiki.mozilla.org/StandaloneTalos, the
proxy server is run with port 9011 whereas the talos/standalone/
proxy_server.config sets up the preferences for the network port to
9001. So, When running the test, the browser preference is changed to
use port 9001. This explains why the connection is refused.

I changed the proxyserver to run with port 9001 instead. The test
runs, but.. initially the browser comes up and shuts down quickly.
Then browser is fed with http://tinderbox and there is nothing
displayed on the page except that it displays Done at the bottom. On
the server side, there is a bunch of errors.

Do I need to bring any more set up code?
