Hello,

I would like to explain to you one potential security problem with your
browser (similar problem in Ubuntu

14.04.3

and Windows
 7
described below - it is not only two different operating systems, they
also run in different computers).

In Ubuntu:
When I go to site
https://online.lloydsbank.co.uk/personal/logon/login.jsp?WT.ac=TopLink/Navigation/Personal
to log in into my internet banking, Firefox window "goes black". Yes, I can
wait, but how long? I think there is problem somewhere else than in my
computer's speed.

In Windows:
When I go to site
https://online.lloydsbank.co.uk/personal/logon/login.jsp?WT.ac=TopLink/Navigation/Personal
to log in into my internet banking, Firefox ask me to download some file
(printscreen in attachments). Then I can cancel small window, offering me
to download file, and log into internet banking.

I tr
ied
 another browser
and
 everything
was
good (no offer to download file or "black window"). Also in Firefox, few
week ago, everything was good, it worked seamlessly, but now there is this
problem.

How do you think I should solve the problem?

Kind regards,
Martin Glova
