I suggest you read it again. The claim made was that this site shows that https gives better performance than http, whereas that is only true if you're using http/2.0 and only for certain scenarios (lots of small requests). My objection was not to the claim that in those scenarios http/2.0 over TLS is faster than http/1.1 (whether over TLS or not) but to the claim actually being made, which looked nothing like the claim that's actually true. -Boris
