Why is that? You obviously miss understand me because I understand
perfectly well??

Like disk encryption only protects a machine when switched off, TLS only
protects the transport and so a compromised Windows box means TLS
counts for nothing, so A VPN could stop udp packet injection on a game
running as an administrator for example etc. etc. which once exploited
could compromise your TLS. TLS would not and so the FIX is in the wrong
place, was the point that I was making???
