Why did the Mozilla Security Champions program ended?

Yvan Boily (in https://twitter.com/ygjb/status/784764027087892481) mentioned that it ended when the security teams were split up. 

Looking at the activity of the weekly meetings, it looked like it was working. So what happened?

Wasn't there enough value generated from the Security Champions?

What replaced it?
