It is the process that Firefox updates its users. This thread has 
nothing to do with the update mechanisms or the release cadence. If 
you'd like to discuss those issues, you're in the wrong place. I propose 
you take your ideas here and attach them to the appropriate 
long-standing discussion in m.d.planning.
