I'm not going to argue with you about this. I'm going to simply tell you 
that you have picked a forum that is one of the least likely of all of 
the Mozilla discussion forums to include the kind of people who are 
interested in the discussion you're attempting to have. If you're not 
actually interested in accomplishing anything that moves Mozilla in a 
direction you think it should move, you're free to keep discussing it 
here. On the other hand, if you want to engage with people who are 
actually interested in this topic and who might be able to help you, 
you'd take the discussion to the Enterprise Working group or maybe to 
the Planning forum (or even the Firefox forum.)
