She must REALLY hate Congress because they have always made a million 
changes to the tax code each year, mostly to exempt them from some tax 
or other, it seems.
Still, I never understood the reluctance to learn something new that 
many people seem to have.  Learning has always been FUN for me.  On the 
other hand, my wife loves to shop...
