I thought it had worked at some distant point in the past but haven't 
used it in so long I couldn't be sure. :)

However, what with the significant UI/UX changes intro'd in Fx4 and the 
subsequent rapid release cycle it might be worth re-enabling it. 
Essentially, having a quick and easy way to bring up the "New Features" 
page for those of use who boldly and vainly ignored reading them when we 
initially upgraded. Then, get the word out that it's there again.
