At the moment, my main concern is getting a small bug fixed. Seems that most of the the time when I go to a new newsgroup, I can't use 'next', either keyboard, or icon, to go to the next unread message. I have to go back to the header pane and click the next message. Note that I don't use the message pane, but open a window to read messages. This also happens any time I go outside the message window for anything, like writing a reply, or checking Firefox for something. It looks like the focus isn't getting reset to the message window. Being able to customize the quick-filers bar would be nice.
