Update To A Different Language

I am part of the crew that fields requests, etc. from the Mozilla
Contribute Forms. More than once I have been requested to pass along to
the devs a request to make it possible, when an update is available, to
include a mechanism to switch to another language. For instance, if a
user is using the French version and they want to switch to German then
there should be some way to simply click on "Update To Another
Language?" link maybe to the all.html page where all of the various
languages are available.
