Attachment bar suggestion

Since the new look of the Attachment Bar is intended to save screen real 
estate, I'd suggest keeping the old version, with expansion to two or 
more lines high if the number of attachment icons would not otherwise 
fit. User could set to show one line with Expand button, or Show All, as 
desired.
