Then you can still set that file to be your home page. I know, but the actual editing is a pain. I don't want the extra bookmark toolbars, I don't want to have to keep figuring out where the bookmark that I want to edit (I ALWAYS remove the comments; what kind of idiot thinks you need or want to put three extra lines of dumb stuff in your bookmark file?) is, which [thing] I need to expand to get to the bookmark I want, and where I want to move it to when I'm finished.
