Add the possibility to choose the "Reply" and "Forward" format

Dear all,
first thanks to all developers!

I would like to propose the following enhancement: the possibility to 
choose the "Reply" and "Forward" format (Quoted, Not quoted, Attached, 
In the body). It is already included in the "Preferences" menu of the 
"EVOLUTION" software, and I think this is a basic function for a Mail 
software like ThunderBird.

To add this function, maybe the "Change quote and reply format" XPI 
could be useful ?
