Thank Ralph for your kind answer.
I now use the ChangeQuote add-on and I think it meets a basic need:
simple UI for TB new users (choice of standard headers) and advanced
users (possibility to edit the header string).
I think it should be included in TB Preferences menu.

An UI to choose standard headers is for me a basic need, and I am not
the only one to ask for this improvement: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=107884
