Hello everyone, first I want to say a big THANK YOU to all the people providing the public with all this great tools! You rock! Continue rocking in 2009, happy New Year! I've been in search for a addon for over a year now which just popped up in my head. Today I'm browsing dpreview.com developer section and I stumble upon this post: http://blog.dpreview.com/dev/2008/11/in-my-last-post.html Now the addon I'm looking for makes the following: When pushing a keyboard shortcut, it shows a overview with visualization graphics like the ones above, not necessarily with the time as colors, but at least as a kind of web of tabs with the oldest (root) tab(s) in the center and the ones that started from that one around and so on, just have a look at the graphics in the posting above, please. As an option one could also show small previews of the page when pulling the mouse above one of the visited page tabs, kind of like the Google Preview addons or so. I guess there's a load of possible features to add and a brainstorming session wouldn't do any bad before starting. This network presentation of the browsing history and/or open tabs is so much more the way our brain works and would IMHO make a big difference to the way we're looking at tabs at the moment, even with the wonderful tab-preview plugins. What about a tab network and/or history preview? The open source project at processing.org linked from the article could maybe be useful to get the generation code? And BTW: I had top open the page in Internet Exploiter because my Firefox 3.0.5 (without NoScript addon) crashed. If someone is interested in developing this plugin, please get in touch, so I can be a beta tester or maybe even help out a bit or at least to keep me updated :-) Greetings and the best for the new year, Daniel -- Daniel N.
