Add run-in boxes support in Firefox

Hello,

Granted, they may not really be useful, but why still doesn't Firefox 3 
support run-in boxes (http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/visuren.html#x11) ? It 
seems that they are going to work correctly even in IE 8...
