Yup.  That was one of the steps.  I seem to remember that I deleted extra 
columns, wrote it off to a text file, read it into open office in a 2-column 
format and then had to do other stuff.  I think there were a couple of other 
steps because some of my addressbook entries have first name and/or last 
name/and or display name.  All told, a real pain.

Do people really use all those extra fields?
