'Foxbox', an idea for a new Firefox plugin

Dear folks
I use (like all my friends) Firefox from the very beginning amd I am grateful for that, so,
I want to contribute to your amazing project with an idea. I am not a programmer so I am not able to realize the idea myself. That is why I am sending you the scratch of the idea itself. Please let me know what you think about it when/if you find the time for it.



Social background of the idea

The idea is to give the possibility for people (surfers) to have live interaction while surfing. Interaction between users/surfers aka commenting is now days left and takes place into social networks and/or webpages which give that opportunity (forums, chat..). Mostly, people have to sign-up/subscribe to all the webpages they wish to leave a comment in. 
While browsing around and until you enter a particular website/community you feel alone.


Commenting out of the (website) box

How it works:

My idea is to create a firefox-plugin which allows people to comment all the websites/links they want while browsing at the browser level.
This means that the user simply goes to the firefox menu bar and activates the comment option. This action opens a side window (like the history one) into which the user can write comments on the particular URL/link . The comments are linked to that particular URL and saved in a central-server database.
This way people can discuss and write their opinions/comments about any website they want even to all those websites which don't have the comment option themselves. 
The other part of this plugin offers a search option which allows comment-related  search  of links.
Let's say I type into this search box a comment like 'awesome'. The result of this search would be a list of all the links related to this keyword toghether with the comments which contain that particular keyword
The main purpose is of course to allow users, when coming to a particular site, to see all comments in the firefox side window and leave their comments.

Problem to solve:
Find a smart way to prevent spam.

Some benefitts:

This system would save a big amount of time of signing up/ logging in to all users. Plus, it gives to all websites owners to have a user feedback without the need to put forums, chatrooms into their sites, which would leave them more space for their content and in-page advertising. 

You (Mozzila) would have a huge precious user comment-link database to use in whichever way you want.

If I may I would suggest a name for this plugin: 'Foxbox'

Please remember, this is just a rough scratch of the idea and I am sure there are many more applications of this system which I am not aware of.
