TB boolean searches and exact phrase searches

Boolean searches (or even Extended Regular Expression searches) in 
filters and saved searches.

Exact Phrase searches.  Currently, if you search on "John Doe" you get 
"John Smith and Jane Doe" as well.  I'm really surprised TB doesn't have 
this -- it seems like the one thing *everyone* would want.

And this is not the same things as <category> *is* "John Doe".  That 
wouldn't return "John Doe was here", for example, but a true Exact 
Phrase search on "John Doe" should.
