I looked at that.  I logged in and tried to vote for it.  I checked the 
box.  No 'vote' button.  I've tried to vote for previous bugs, but 
there's no record that I did.

As I thought previously, bugzilla is pretty much a waste of time for us, 
the great unwashed user community.
