Print without the header information

This surely has to be a simple request, because TBird already prints a
box around the headers - could we please have a checkbox in the print
dialog which suppresses printing of all the headers when you print an
e-mail? I would suggest that the default should be for the headers
*NOT* to be printed, but that would be the icing on the cake.
