./configure question

Hi,
I ran into this problem when I do "./configure":

/home/jon/aviplay/avifile-0.7-0.7.38/admin/missing: Unknown '--run' option

The funny thing was when I do "./configure" yesterday this message did not 
come up. (I was redoing everything because of another problem)
