recording from v4l device gives a rotated image

Hi,

I succeeded to compile the avifile lib version:
Avifile RELEASE-0.7.38-030820-15:49-gcc version 3.2.2

When I record something with avirec than the image is rotated for 180 
degrees, and it is mirrored. What to do with that?

And does somebody know why Divx5.0 codes doesn't work. I got 
segmentation faults when I use that codec and some others.
