XviD has no attributes

Hi,

I'm using avifile-0.7.38 along with vcr-1.10 and its working fine when
using the XviD encoder except that I can not set any attributes. When I
try to, it complains that there are no attributes to set. Another posting
in this mailing list had some suggested attribute settings for XviD, so I
assume that there should be something to set. Is this correct? I'd like to
raise the bitrate to get a better image quality.
