Three UI bugs with aviplay 0.7.39

Hello,

Three regression bugs with aviplay that I had not with older versions,
(0.4 IIRC), but that I found with CVS-0.7.39-031026-20:27:

     - -geometry does not work anymore.  It used to place conveniently
       the  control window,  but now  when  a video  window opens,  it
       doesn't do anything, and when  only a control window opens (for
       an asf stream), with -geometry +300-0, it's off over the screen
       border.

     - the keys  don't work anymore  in the video window.   (I'm using
       WindowMaker).  Now, I need  to activate  the control  window to
       have it  taking into  account my pressing  the '1', '2'  or '3'
       keys.  The video window does not take any input... Â :-(


     - sometimes, the right-mouse-down popup  menu in the video window
       stays stuck: only pressing the escape key unlocks and closes it.
