Ok - for this moment only decoder is supposed to work somehow.
Encoder will need a bit more work - there is whole new set of options
and agrs passing is made differently - so I expect some 'usable'
version for encoding should be commited during next week.

But detection, compilation and decompression via XviD4 plugin
should be working just fine by now.
