yep.  both the 64 bit and 32 bit (mind you the 32 bit devel seemed to have a 
speciofic version conflict for a while.  And if I upgrade the 64bit devel 
package then it will uninstall the 32 bit package.  (I assume you are talking 
about the qt devel)
