PROJECT ENGINEER with a Bachelors of Science in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering and 7 plus years of experience working with major petroleum or in a refinery. The ideal person for this job will be a senior Chemical Engineer with marketing or business development skills, with experience in an EPC or process technology company. This person will lead projects to design refineries, upgrades to refinery units, and olefins units worldwide.
Contract to hire is preferred although client may consider an immediate direct hire for candidates that will only consider this option.
Candidates with experience in environmental projects in Latin America counties or Mexico.
Prefer four years experience in sales to electric utilities, electrical apparatus manufacturers and heavy industrial plants. Ability to analyze and interpret financial and accounting charts, schedules and graphs, also making presentations to Management.
Candidate must have a technical background that includes knowledge of transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear and protective relays.
In addition, MUST HAVE at least 1 year of experience working with Pro-E.
Projects involve renovation, expansion, or outright new construction of refineries, power plants, and other large process plants. Responsible for developing partner relationships with electronic marketplaces, pipelines and data providers.

Do you have any experience within the semiconductor manufacturing industry? This requires at least a BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, and 10 to 15 years experience in refineries and large chemical plants. The candidate will be analyzing the system and providing feedback and solutions for ongoing and prospective business situations.
These engineers will perform concrete and steel structural design calculations for refineries, petrochemical plants, and large chemical plants.
The ability to lead and train others is a must.
