Joachim informed me of these two different sources:

while the official source still seems to be:
http://dvdauthor.sourceforge.net/

Before I change the official source for the debian package; I want to
make certian that the last version is abandoned; it doesn't look healthy
to me that there are different sources of one project.

Searching through my mail; I see that there are 'unofficial' release
versions too. I don't doubt the quality of the these projects; but from
my point of view; I can't just swap sources for Debian if they are
not sanctioned by the upstream authors of dvdauthor.
