Audio & Subpicture Content Attributes Now Implemented

dvdunauthor would add “content” attributes to the <audio> and 
<subpicture> tags, which dvdauthor didn’t understand. Well, it does now.

For the <audio> tag, the permissible values for “content” are “normal”, 
“impaired”, “comments1” and “comments2”. For <subpicture>, they are 
“normal”, “large”, “children”, “normal_cc”, “large_cc”, “children_cc”, 
“forced”, “director”, “large_director” and “children_director”.

Tracks with these attribute values are selected by corresponding values 
of SPRM 17 and 19 respectively <http://www.mpucoder.com/DVD/sprm.html>. 
It appears these cannot be programmatically set with DVD VM commands; 
presumably the player has to provide the means to control their values.
