I have gone over the “README” file and made an initial stab at updating 
some wording and removing obsolete stuff. I feel it isn’t worth 
mentioning common packages like mkisofs, libdvdread, libxml2 and 
ImageMagick—let me know if you disagree.

I might also rework the initial steps to recommend creating an XML 
control file rather than using command-line options. Which option do 
people use more?
