A compile-time option is not useful to the majority of people, who will
download binaries rather than building from source.  And what
distribution is going to build separate dvauthor-pal and dvdauthor-ntsc
packages?!  This sort of thing should be defined by a configuration file
(/etc/dvdauthor, ~/.dvdauthor).
