Inkscape Plugin for Overscan

I have added an Inkscape plugin called “Overscan Margins” to be used in 
conjunction with DVD Menu Animator 
<http://github.com/ldo/dvd_menu_animator>. This will add shaded margins 
to your drawing, showing the area to avoid if you don’t want your design 
to run into the overscan area.
