I have redone the way the low-level glyph rendering is handled for text
subtitles in spumux. This gets rid of the all the useless anti-aliasing
code, and makes it easier for me to add things like user-specifiable
colours.

To start with, I have added a new “thickness” attribute to the <textsub>
tag, to allow you to control the thickness of the black outline drawn
around each character. At some point I intend to add options to control
the fill and outline colours as well. But I think most people would
agree the existing rrggbb hex values are pretty unintuitive; it would be
useful to have the option of specifying colours in, for example, HSV space.

I see that MPlayer also adds a shadow to its subtitle text; would this
be a useful option to have as well?

By the way, at some point during the previous rework, I think I broke
the handling of the transparent background for text subtitles. The new
code should make up for this. :)
